1 Oct: Our day dawned in the dark! We arose at 5:30… and drove off for the Woodlands Medical Center to see a hand surgeon about Cynthia’s slipping Sagittal bands on her right hand. The doctor recommended placing the fingers in a brace for six weeks. Great choice. We ate lunch at Jason’s Deli followed by an afternoon in the Conroe Public Library doing research. On the way home we picked up the shipment of copies of Volume IV, The rain clouds looked dark and intense, but we still had time for dinner at Oscar’s, a stop at Walmart and arrived home dry.
